Born on September 21, 1972 in Vladivostok
In 1995 he graduated from the far Eastern fisheries technical University with a degree in Aquatic bioresources and aquaculture.
In 1995, hired by the TINRO for the position of engineer.
In 2005 he defended his thesis on the fishery of pelagic species, awarded the degree of candidate of biological Sciences.
In 2009 he was appointed Deputy of the Department of basin forecasts and regulation of fisheries, in 2010 – head of the Department.
In 2013, he was appointed Deputy Director of the TINRO center - head of the Department of field forecasts, information technology and Oceanography.
On March 21, 2017, he was appointed acting Director of TINRO Center.
On 28 September 2017, he was appointed acting Director of the TINRO Center.
On December 18, 2017, by the order of Rosrybolovstvo, he was appointed Director of the TINRO Center.
Since March 7, 2019 - Deputy Director of VNIRO - head of the Pacific branch of VNIRO (TINRO).
