Born on November 24, 1968 in Tyumen.
In 1999 he graduated from the State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
From 1992 to 2008 he worked in commercial organizations in the field of food processing.
From 2008 to 2011 he worked at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in the Department of Food Processing Industry and Product Quality.
From 2011 to 2018, he worked in commercial organizations.
In February 2019, he was appointed head of the Tyumen branch of VNIRO.
In September 2021, he was appointed Deputy Director of VNIRO - Head of the Tyumen branch of VNIRO.
