The path to Victory was long and tragic. The Great Patriotic War lasted almost four years. Millions of people stood up for the Motherland: soldiers at the front, workers in the rear, children and the elderly who were experiencing hardships.
On the eve of this holiday, specialists from the All-Russian Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography (VNIRO), as part of the Rosrybolovstvo delegation, laid flowers at the Grave of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin Wall.
Scientists honored the memory of the fallen soldiers with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame.
For us, the feat of the victors in the Great Patriotic War will always be an example of fortitude, symbolizing courage, dedication and love for the Motherland. The heroic deeds of soldiers, officers and civilians have become an integral part of historical memory, a source of inspiration for future generations and a reminder of the price of victory over fascism.
