In his speech, he emphasized how important the contribution of each employee to the development of fisheries science and the conservation of aquatic biological resources is: without the painstaking work of scientists, laboratory assistants, and expedition specialists, it is impossible to imagine either sustainable fish stock management or the introduction of modern technologies into the industry.
Kirill Viktorovich noted that in this profession, not only knowledge and experience are especially valued, but also true dedication.: "May luck accompany us in our research, and the results of our work serve for the benefit of the country and future generations." These words sounded like a recognition of how much effort and time each of the employees puts into a common cause — whether it's field research in harsh conditions, fine laboratory work or the analysis of large amounts of data.
A separate part of the speech was gratitude for the results achieved: the director listed the key successes of the institute over the past period, emphasizing that they became possible only thanks to the coordinated work of the entire team. He also outlined priority areas for the near future, including the expansion of expeditionary activities, the development of digital monitoring tools and increased interaction with industry enterprises and universities.
