The cancellation of the world’s leading exhibitions and forums has not reduced the need for key players in the industry to share experiences and opinions. The online format allowed us to discuss the current situation in the industry, assess the impact of the pandemic and predict future developments.
Despite the closed nature of the online conference, its interface allowed you to ask a question to any of the speakers. The Conference aroused great interest among representatives of fisheries science, especially the announcement by the speakers of the need to build new expeditionary vessels. The meeting stressed the importance of integrated scientific research on the aquatic biological resources of the world’s oceans to produce accurate and timely forecasts.
